DRUMSOUNDZ.COM END USER AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE PURCHASING A ZIP YOU THE "Licensee" HEREBY AGREE TO AND ARE
BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
When you purchase our Sampling CDs from us, or download sound samples from Drumsoundz, you are NOT obtaining OWNERSHIP of the sound samples files - you are in fact purchasing a LICENSE to use these sound samples within your musical compositions. Whether or not your compositions are released commercially! The original producer of the sound samples will always retain OWNERSHIP of the sound samples. These are files in windows format, in a zip file. There will be no refunds once ordered because of the nature of the instant download and password access given, so make sure you want to purchase the sounds before buying!
You may use all of these sound samples in combination with any other sounds *within your musical compositions*. You are entitled to release said compositions commercially, without payment of or, any further fees or royalties for usage. Example, if you are the original purchaser of our Drum Sample CD (or you download sound samples from this site), & you use the drum samples from it to create the soundtrack of a television commercial, radio or a track on a music CD; regardless of how many CDs you have sold or how many times the TV commercial is broadcast, you will never have to pay any producer of the sound samples any royalties or license fees, because you already purchased our license to use the sound samples commercially.
You can't use the sound samples in isolation (example: when you are not using them within musical compositions) or as part of a commercially released project. Example: you cannot use the sounds to make another Drum Sample CD, or include them as individual sounds or drum samples on a multimedia CD, gaming machines, or toys, that is commercially distributed.
You must add things like substantial instrumentation to loops* (*loops are trackers or compositions that contain a combination of drum sound samples that can be repeated over and over to form a continuous piece of music). You can't upload or download the sound samples to any database or server, unless they are used in any musical compositions (in combination with other drum sounds) created by you.
The zip which contains sound samples herein are not sold to you, only licensed to the individual end user, by
Drumsoundz.com. We only collect these free samples and put them in one place for your convienance.
All samples are the property of the respected owners. The SOUND SAMPLES may not be transferred, copied, or duplicated by itself, either in whole or in part except for backup and archiving purposes only.
Said SOUND SAMPLES may not be resold, licensed, leased or in any way distributed in any form whatsoever outside of a creative work.
If you use our samples in live or recorded work, Drumsoundz.com assumes no responsibility for copyright infringement.
